Print or share this short link/QR with employees. Employees can also go to thomasmonroebooks.com/e and enter the six-character restaurant code. The URL never contains the Employee Library PIN.
Employee QR code
The QR code appears after the hosted workspace is created.
What synchronizes
- Current Published SOP revisions
- Published food and bar recipes
- Active posters and related employee references
- Restaurant name and employee-facing branding
- Employee questions/error reports, training records, acknowledgments, and learning activity back to this manager workspace
Not synchronized: working drafts, unapproved revisions, manager PIN, backups, manager-only Gravity Signals, or manager-only notes.
Employee PIN
The hosted app uses the same Employee Library PIN you set in Foundry. The default 0000 cannot be used for hosted access. Change it first if necessary.
