Bring in SOPs you already trust, use Gravity masters where you need them, or mix both. Imported procedures always enter the Build Room as working drafts. Importing never approves or publishes an SOP.

Control rule: Upload → Extract/Map → Review → Save as Draft → Manager Review → Approve → Publish. Gravity does not replace your restaurant's judgment about whether an imported procedure is current, safe, complete, or appropriate.
