Gravity Signals
A Gravity Signal is an indicator, not a conclusion. Gravity can surface patterns that may deserve management attention. It does not determine misconduct, intent, competency, qualification, promotion, discipline, or why an employee behaved a certain way.
Choose whether to enable Gravity Signals
Signals is optional. If enabled, Gravity analyzes supported employee-learning and operational records for manager-review patterns. If you choose Not Now, training, acknowledgments, quiz records, questions, and normal Foundry operations continue without Gravity generating Signals.
Gravity Signals is off
Gravity is not generating manager-side Signals or pattern interpretations. Required operational records continue normally.

Signal controls
The restaurant controls this feature. The master switch stops all Signal calculation. Category and individual controls let you keep only the types your management team finds useful.
When off, no manager-side Signals are calculated. Operational records needed for training, acknowledgments, quizzes, and employee questions continue.

Why employees do not see Gravity Signals
Employees should use SOPs, training, questions, and cross-station learning naturally. If they know exactly which ordinary actions create or avoid a Signal, behavior can change simply because the measurement exists. An employee might avoid reopening an SOP because they worry it looks like confusion, stop asking questions because they fear an alert, or deliberately open material to try to create a development Signal. Keeping Signals manager-only protects both the employee experience and the usefulness of the information.
Employees may receive an appropriate general notice that system activity can be recorded for operational, security, training, and recordkeeping purposes. They are not shown Signal scores, internal pattern logic, or manager interpretation tools.
