FILE GUIDE - RELEASE 1.1
August 21, 2026

SYSTEM IDENTITY
System code: GRV-FM
Official tool family: GRV-FM01 through GRV-FM30

RELEASE 1.1 CONTROL
Release 1.1 replaces the prior GRV-FM package for future deployment.

START SMALL
Do not install all 30 tools at once.
Begin with:
- one real facilities or maintenance pressure point,
- one accountable owner,
- only 3-5 GRV-FM tools that create the evidence needed for that pressure point.

Use the 30-Day Accelerated path when leadership can support a faster pilot and review cycle.
Use the 60-Day Guided path when the restaurant needs more time for learning, practice, vendor coordination, manager adoption, and cleaner records.

IMPORTANT SYSTEM BOUNDARIES
- GRV-FM owns facility and equipment condition, repairs, service records, vendors, contracts, downtime, facility scorecards, capital watch, and maintenance corrective action.
- GRV-FS owns food-safety standards, inspections, sanitation, and regulatory food-safety records. GRV-FM may supply asset or equipment evidence.
- GRV-RC owns emergency response, continuity, disruption coordination, recovery, and reopening after major interruption.
- GRV-P owns financial analysis and profitability decisions. GRV-FM may supply repair cost, downtime, replacement, and operating-impact evidence.
- GRV-I owns official standard versions, approved source authority, and system governance.
- GRV-IV verifies implementation and adoption when GRV-FM is rolled out or materially changed.

CORRECTIVE-ACTION STATUS
Where formal follow-up is warranted, use:
Open -> Assigned -> Correction in Progress -> Corrected -> Verified Closed.

Do not create formal corrective-action paperwork for trivial one-time fixes that are immediately resolved and unlikely to recur.

GRV-FM30 NOTE
GRV-FM30 is a 90-Day Facility Control Improvement Plan. It is still valid as a quarterly improvement tool when a facility-control priority requires that horizon. It is not the system installation path.

VERSION RULE
Every new deployment must use synchronized release numbers across the manual, forms, workbook, training deck, fixed PDFs, file guide, validation report, checksum, ZIP, website download reference, and deployment notes.
