Workspace drafts and hosted employee access

Most Gravity web workspaces save drafts and preferences in your browser on your device. Clearing browser data or changing devices may remove access to those local drafts. Use each tool’s available backup or export controls to keep a separate copy.

Gravity SOP Foundry also supports hosted restaurant employee access. Managers publish employee materials to hosted storage, and employee learning interactions can create training acknowledgments, quiz or training records, questions, and error reports associated with the restaurant. The manager working copy remains local unless a feature explicitly states otherwise. Published content and local drafts are separate copies.

Your restaurant controls the materials it publishes and the access details it distributes. Contact your manager about restaurant content and records. For website data or access questions, contact Thomas Monroe Books through the contact page. Do not assume that clearing a local browser deletes hosted restaurant records.

Ask Gravity and voice

Questions submitted to Ask Gravity, recent conversation context, and the current page may be sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. Text selected for neural speech is sent to generate audio. Avoid entering sensitive restaurant, employee, or customer information into general navigation questions.

The Founding Year download experience remembers registration on this browser. That browser setting is not a private document vault or a substitute for restaurant employee sign-in.

Information collected

This website may collect information that visitors choose to provide through email, inquiry forms, downloads, or future ordering tools. The site may use website analytics to understand page traffic, resource downloads, navigation, form interactions, and outbound/support clicks. Analytics is used to improve the usefulness of the Gravity customer experience.

Registration and email updates

Visitors must complete a short registration before downloading completed Founding Year digital products. Marketing email updates are optional and require a separate consent choice. The registration form may also ask for first name, management role, operation type, number of locations, and the restaurant pressure point the visitor most wants help with. These fields are used to understand the audience, improve Gravity resources, support the Founding Year feedback program, and make communications more relevant. Registration is required for digital downloads. No credit card, payment method, subscription, or donation is required for completed Founding Year digital products through October 1, 2027.

The registration form may store the page or campaign that led to registration, such as the first landing path, referrer, or UTM campaign values. This helps Thomas Monroe Books understand which pages and outreach efforts bring useful visitors to the site. Registration details are not sent to GA4 as analytics event parameters. Email addresses are not sold to advertisers.

Netlify Identity and each external account provider maintain their own security, privacy, and data-handling practices. Gravity displays only providers that are enabled for the site. A social registration profile is optional; visitors may register by email instead. Registration itself is required before downloading completed digital products.

If social registration is enabled, Thomas Monroe Books may use Netlify Identity and an external account provider such as Google or another provider shown on the registration page. The provider may share basic account information such as name and email address so the registration form can be prefilled. Social authentication is separate from email-marketing consent: using a social option does not subscribe a visitor to Gravity email updates unless the visitor separately checks the email-consent box and submits the registration form.

Thomas Monroe Books may use Netlify Web Analytics for server-side traffic measurement and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for website interaction measurement when configured. Netlify describes its Web Analytics as server-side, anonymous, and cookie-free. GA4 may measure page views, file-download clicks, outbound clicks, device/browser information, traffic sources, and approximate geographic information according to its settings and policies.

The site is designed not to send names, email addresses, review text, or other form-entered personal information as analytics event parameters. Information intentionally submitted through a contact or review form is handled separately from analytics. Analytics providers maintain their own privacy and data-handling policies.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide requested resources, improve the website and Gravity products, understand Founding Year usage and feedback, announce new releases when a visitor separately opts into email updates, or support future book and product availability.

Founding Year users are told during registration that honest feedback is expected. Feedback may be submitted through the site's review and customer-experience tools. Marketing consent remains separate and optional.

Optional donations and future sales platforms

During the Founding Year, the Square link is used only for optional donations/support. Registration is required for digital downloads, but no payment, credit card, subscription, or donation is required to access completed digital products. Square and any future third-party print or sales platforms maintain their own privacy and payment policies.

Reviews and testimonials

If you submit a review or customer experience, Thomas Monroe Books collects the information you provide, including contact details, the product or resource used, rating, written feedback, and the reuse permission you select. Email addresses are used for verification or follow-up and are not published as part of a testimonial unless you separately provide and authorize that information.

If you choose private feedback, the submission is not authorized for public quotation. If you grant testimonial permission, Thomas Monroe Books may quote the review in full or excerpted without changing its meaning, using the public identification you supplied. Review submissions may be stored in the site's form-management system and exported for internal review management.
