Use of materials

Books, samples, forms, graphics, and website materials remain protected content. Finished Gravity resources may be downloaded and used for the customer's own restaurant operations during the Founding Year. Editable forms, workbooks, and SOP materials may be customized for internal restaurant use when the product is provided for that purpose. Materials may not be resold, publicly republished, or redistributed as another product without permission. Any product-specific license or use terms control if they are more specific.

Practical guidance

The Gravity System provides practical restaurant leadership and operations resources. Employee policy materials should be reviewed and customized by the owner and, when appropriate, by qualified legal counsel, human-resources professionals, payroll professionals, or state-specific advisors before adoption as official company policy.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on leadership, implementation, consistency, training, measurement, and follow-through. The materials provide structure and guidance, but they do not guarantee financial, legal, employment, or operational outcomes.

Founding Year access

Every finished Gravity System product released on this website is available at no cost through October 1, 2027. No purchase or donation is required to access a finished digital release. Optional Square donations do not unlock additional products or privileges.

Third-party platforms

During the Founding Year, finished products released on this website are available at no cost and do not require payment. The Square link is an optional donation/support payment, not a product checkout. Future print purchases or third-party sales may be subject to the seller's terms, shipping, refund, and delivery policies.

Customer reviews and testimonials

Customer reviews and testimonials must reflect the submitter's honest experience. Thomas Monroe Books does not require a positive rating and does not offer a reward in exchange for a positive review. If a testimonial is used publicly, it may be shortened for length or clarity only when the meaning is preserved and the submitter has granted reuse permission.

Experiences described by one customer are not a promise that another restaurant will achieve the same result. Platform-native reviews on Amazon, Lulu, or other retailers must be submitted by the reviewer through that platform and are separate from testimonials collected on this website. If selected customer testimonials are displayed, they are presented as individual customer experiences, not as a complete set of all submissions or an average customer rating.
