Gravity Fulfillment Customizer
Personalize approved restaurant forms, SOP posters, station signs, training materials, hiring signs, guest notices, and QR-linked resources before you print them or prepare a physical Fulfillment request.
Restaurant branding where it belongs. Gravity standards stay protected.
Add your restaurant name, logo, supporting artwork, location, station name, contact information, permitted wording, QR destination, size, finish, and quantity. You can also attach existing forms, PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, photos, or other production references to an order-package ZIP. The tool creates a live proof you can download or print.
For controlled Gravity forms, the official source document remains authoritative. This customizer does not silently rewrite controlled Form IDs, required instructions, legal/safety language, or system ownership. Operational printing defaults to black and white; color is reserved for approved poster signals only.
Private by design
Your logo, artwork, supporting files, text, QR destination, and customization choices stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to Thomas Monroe Books or a third-party design service. Supporting files are only copied into an order-package ZIP when you choose to download one.
Build your proof
Choose a starting format, then personalize only what the restaurant needs.
1. Choose a material
Starting templates are editable production aids. A customized proof is not a replacement for an official controlled Gravity master.
2. Restaurant identity & artwork
Upload a restaurant logo or brand mark. Transparent PNG or SVG works best. Maximum 3 MB. Fulfillment proofs convert uploaded branding to grayscale so operational printing remains consistent.
Optional: upload a photo, secondary logo, badge, sponsor mark, hiring image, menu graphic, or other artwork to appear in the proof. Maximum 5 MB. Artwork is converted to grayscale in the proof.
3. Other uploads for the order package
Attach an existing form, Word file, PDF, spreadsheet, photo, menu, brand guide, wording reference, or other production reference. Up to 6 files, 10 MB each, 30 MB total. These files are not displayed in the proof; they are included in the downloadable order-package ZIP.
4. Personalize the content
Use one item per line. Checklist-style templates automatically add check boxes in the proof.
5. Optional QR code
Leave blank for no QR code. QR generation happens locally in your browser.
6. Print / Fulfillment options
Black and white is the Gravity operational standard. Approved safety accents are limited to purple, red, yellow, and green. Multi-color printing is reserved for reference tools where the colors themselves carry the instruction, such as the cutting-board / knife color plan. Uploaded logos and artwork print in grayscale.

Always verify names, spelling, QR destination, dimensions, and restaurant-specific standards before printing or requesting quantity production.
Build the piece where the restaurant will actually use it.
SOP & station posters
Add the restaurant name, station, responsible role, local notes, and a QR link to the current SOP or supporting resource.
Opening & closing checklists
Create a clean posted reminder or working proof for a specific station, department, daypart, or manager verification point.
Training & certification
Brand trainer reminders, certification standards, skill-development signs, or training-area instructions for your restaurant.
Hiring signs
Create a restaurant-branded recruiting sign and connect the QR code directly to an application or hiring-information page.
Guest feedback signs
Create table, counter, receipt-area, or exit signage that sends guests to feedback, review, loyalty, or survey pages.
Cleaning & safety reminders
Create location-specific reminders while keeping official safety, chemical, food-safety, and legal procedures in their authoritative source documents.
Allergy / cross-contact
Use the approved purple accent for allergy and cross-contact posters so the warning is recognizable at a glance while the procedure itself stays clear and controlled.
Controlled safety colors
Red is reserved for emergency/stop, yellow for caution/hazard, green for ready/verified, and purple for allergy/cross-contact. Other operational materials remain black and white.
Cutting-board / knife color plans
Build a restaurant-defined color chart for knives and cutting boards. Color is allowed here because the color itself is the reference signal.
Use color only when color improves the control.
The Customizer includes food-tool color planning, allergy/cross-contact, handwashing, cooling, holding, cross-contamination, and emergency-reference presets. The cutting-board / knife plan is intentionally customizable because regulators require separation and cross-contamination control, not one universal mandatory color assignment.
Compliance note: FDA Food Code provisions are model standards used by jurisdictions. Restaurants should confirm local and state requirements before posting temperature, employee-health, chemical, or other regulated instructions.
Personalization is not permission to weaken a standard.
Restaurant-specific branding and operating details can make a form or sign easier to use. But a customized design should never hide, contradict, or replace required food-safety rules, labor requirements, alcohol rules, emergency procedures, controlled Form IDs, or the approved Gravity source document.
