A new optional Gravity registration page captures email, management role, operation type, location count, and primary restaurant need through Netlify Forms, while GA4 measures the anonymous first-visit/return-visit funnel separately. Registration does not create an account. Policy update — September 17, 2026: registration is now required before completed digital downloads are unlocked; no credit card, payment, subscription, donation, or marketing consent is required. September 13, 2026: Guest Service, Complaints & Recovery Workbook completed its Gravity Elite interior at 191 pages with 35 chapters, a 20-scenario Manager Judgment Lab, a 30-Day improvement plan, controlled GRV-R cross-references, glossary support, and internal manager-readiness verification. The SOP Builder is now 258 pages with a 39-term glossary; SOP Library Volume 1 is 369 pages and Volume 2 is 370 pages, each with a 23-term glossary and Training Verification language. At the time of this September 13 release, Cleaning & Inspection Readiness Workbook was still in final QA and was not part of the active digital catalog.

September 12, 2026: The new Gravity Fulfillment Personalizer is now available from the Fulfillment Center and Forms & Tools. Customers can create restaurant-branded proofs for SOP/station posters, opening and closing checklists, training signs, hiring materials, guest feedback signs, cleaning/safety reminders, and general notices; add a logo and QR code; choose size, finish, and quantity; download a PNG proof; print/save a PDF; and copy an order summary. Personalization stays in the browser, and physical pricing/checkout remain pending. Open the Personalizer.

September 12, 2026: The new Gravity QR Code Generator is now available under Forms & Tools and the Knowledge Center. It creates PNG and SVG QR codes entirely in the visitor's browser, includes quick Gravity links, and does not send entered URLs or text to Thomas Monroe Books or a third-party QR-generation service. Open the generator.

September 12, 2026: Employee Training & SOP Tracker completed its Gravity Elite v2.0 repair while preserving the 257-page interior. The digital edition is 258 pages with the Founding Year insert. The release adds stronger record privacy, minimum-viable paperwork guidance, fair review calibration, daily trainer control, measurable training controls, and a support-role tracker. A six-packet Employee Training Implementation & Follow-Up Kit is now available from the Fulfillment Center. Customers should redownload the book.

September 11, 2026: The Owner's Chair and Systems of Service completed their Gravity Elite revision passes. The Owner's Chair remains 212 pages with expanded owner-governance tools, including family authority, financial visibility, owner-absence readiness, and owner-GM conflict controls. Systems of Service is now Gravity Elite v2.0 at 253 pages, with repetition removed and replaced by stronger service-management depth, nine implementation appendices, and updated Look Inside pages. Customers should redownload both books.

September 7, 2026: A sitewide quality audit synchronized the opening page of every completed downloadable Gravity book with its current approved cover, corrected the Labor Control & Scheduling Planner destination in Gravity Aware, and verified all public routes, downloads, forms, calculators, spreadsheets, structured data, and responsive page structure. Customers who downloaded any of the eleven completed books before this release should download the current PDF again; the book interiors did not change.

September 5, 2026: The planned-book audit parked the Pre-Shift Planning and POS/Toast workbook concepts and removed their public placeholders for now; both remain eligible for future reassessment. Cleaning & Inspection Readiness and Emergency & Crisis Readiness remain differentiated planned books. That release added 18 prompts from Systems of Service and both completed bar workbooks to the Restaurant AI Prompts & Systems Workbook. At that point, the workbook had advanced to 215 prompts. The current controlled edition now contains 250 prompts. The customer overview is now correctly presented as a thin booklet/pamphlet rather than a full book.

September 4, 2026: Systems of Service was first released as one 287-page flagship with three connected parts. That edition was superseded on September 11 by the current 253-page Gravity Elite v2.0 revision. An optional 8-page Gravity System overview booklet also became available for customers to read in their own time.

September 1, 2026: The Gravity Fulfillment Center became visible, with the Restaurant Bar, Beverage Inventory & Ordering Book as its first product pathway and clear guidance that physical supplies were not yet available.
