Founding Year access

Every finished Gravity System product released on this website is available at no cost through October 1, 2027. No purchase, subscription, membership, donation, or positive review is required to access a finished release.

Products still in development

Products that are not yet finished and ready for release remain marked In Development and are not represented as completed Founding Year releases until they are ready.

Feedback and reviews

Founding Year access is an invitation to use the material honestly and report what actually happened. Positive, mixed, and critical feedback are all useful. Specific reviews help other restaurants choose where to begin and help Gravity improve future revisions. Do not include guest, employee, financial, or other confidential information.

Optional Square donations

The Square link is for optional donations/support during the Founding Year. A Square payment is not a product purchase, does not unlock special access, and is never required to download a finished product.

Tax treatment

Thomas Monroe Books is not a charitable organization. Optional Square donations are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Payment made in error

If you believe an optional Square donation was made in error or there is a payment problem, contact Thomas Monroe Books promptly. Any request will be reviewed based on the transaction status and the applicable payment-processor rules.

Future print or third-party purchases

If physical books or other products are later purchased through Amazon, Lulu, Shopify, or another third-party seller, that seller's payment, shipping, return, and refund policies may apply to that separate transaction.
