- Confirm the role and the authority the trainee is preparing to hold.
- Assign the relevant trainee lessons and scenarios.
- Review answers with the Owner/GM Instructor’s Edition.
- Observe representative performance in the restaurant.
- Use the follow-up packet after 30–60 days or when a concern appears.
- Retrain, reassess, maintain limits, or expand authority based on evidence.
