Original Seven-System Quality Report — Historical Reference
Documents the earlier 210-tool review, workflow simulations, stress tests, and field-pilot boundary for the original seven-system set. It is preserved as supporting history, not as a validation claim for all fifteen current systems.
Before you download
Use one system at a time until the routine is working.
The complete packages are intentionally comprehensive. You are not expected to install every tool on day one.
1. Read and choose
Open the Manual PDF first. Name the repeated problem, assign the system owner, choose 3–5 tools, and then choose the installation pace the management team can sustain.
2. Train and operate
Use the training deck to teach the standard. Use fixed PDFs for normal field copies and the XLSX workbook as the live control center. Keep editable files as controlled masters.
3. Review and verify
Review records on schedule, assign corrective action, close it with evidence, and expand only after the first controls are being used reliably.
